eOffice/Mail ID CREATION

 Procedure for Mail / eOffice ID Creation via NIC

 

Step 1:

Prepare Application

  • Write an application in the enclosed format (duly signed by the Head of Office / Competent Authority)

Download application format word file

Step 2:

Fill Excel Sheet

  • Fill in all required details in the enclosed Excel sheet carefully.

  • Ensure correctness of Name, Designation, Department, Mobile No., etc.

Step 3:

Email ID Pattern

  • For Government Employees:
    designation.departmentDigits@tripura.gov.in
    (Example: ldc.revenue12@tripura.gov.in[Designation – LDC, Department – Revenue]

  • For Contractual Employees:
    designation.departmentDigits@govcontractor.in
    (Example: rps.panchayat90@govcontractor.in[Designation – RPS, Department – Panchayat]

 

Step 4:

Submission

  • Send the application along with the filled Excel sheet to the following email:
     dio-ntr@nic.in

 

 Note:

  • Clearly indicate the service requested in the application:

    1. eOffice only, 2) Mail only, or 3) eOffice and Mail both.

  • Enter the UID and the complete email address in the Excel sheet accurately.
