3. Previous  Class Mark Sheet 
4. Ration Card No. of family (beneficiary name must be enrolled in the same Ration Card.
5. Bank Pass book of the beneficiary. SC student should passed with 60% and above marks. No falily Income bar.

Rate of scholarship : Class VI to VIII @ Rs.400/-, Class- IX @ Rs.700/-, Madhyamik & HS (+2state) @ Rs.1500/- for an academic year
