iii) Family Ration Card.

iv) Updated Family Register (ROR)

v) Applicant’s Birth Proof (Birth Certificate/School Certificate/Pan card/Driving License/School Admit Card)

vi) Financial status, Status of land property and Caste category proof of Self declaration Court Affidavit

vii) Passport size photo 2(two) copies

viii) Yearly income certificate.

ix) Assets information:

1. Not more than 5 acres of Land and above
2. Not more than residential flat of 1000 Sq. ft. and above.
3. Not more than residential plot of 100 Sq. yards and above in notified municipalities.
4. Not more than residential plot of 200 sq. yards and above in areas other than the notified municipalities
